One of Foxborough’s top movie theaters will be leaving soon.
The Showcase Cinemas de Lux theater in Patriot Place, a prominent commercial hub in the town is set to stop film showings in early 2026, the Showcase Cinemas statement said.
“Due to a business decision, we have entered into a mutual agreement with the landlord to terminate the lease atĀ PatriotĀ Place,” the statement said.
The movie house, located at 24 Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts, first appeared in 2008, when the Massachusetts-based media company National Amusements chose to open their second theater in Foxborough, according to this report by the New England Real Estate Journal.

“We encourage our cinema patrons and Starpass loyalty members to visit other nearby Showcase Cinemas locations in Dedham and North Attleborough,” the spokesperson said.
