ROCK PORT, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for two 12-year-old girls last seen Friday night at a high school football game in Rock Port, Missouri. Authorities say the girls may be in the company of a male suspect identified only as “Alec” or “Alex.”
Emily Harrington, 12, was reported missing around 8:40 p.m. Friday from 600 South Nebraska Street in Rock Port. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown T-shirt, light-colored leggings, and cowboy boots. Harrington often wears her hair in a bun and has a birthmark on the front of her neck.
Emma Sue Hale, also 12, was last seen with Harrington. She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with dark blue hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red Chief’s hooded sweatshirt and black leggings. She has very long hair.
Investigators believe the girls might be traveling with a white male, possibly from California, whose name may be Alec or Alex. He may be driving a blue 2000 Buick Century two door sedan, with Missouri plate GD8W5J. No photo of the suspect is currently available.
