Arkansas State Police searching for 2 suspects after Hazen pursuit leads to arrest, drug seizures
HAZEN, Ark. – Arkansas State Police are searching for two men who they say fled on foot after a vehicle pursuit on Wednesday morning along Interstate 40, near Hazen.
According to investigators, troopers attempted a traffic stop on a black Hyundai Palisade at 8:45 a.m. for a traffic violation.

Investigators stated that the driver fled at speeds of nearly 100 miles per hour while making reckless lane changes.
Investigators said they were able to identify the driver as 24-year-old Brevin Tre Harvey of Saltillo, Mississippi, along with a rear passenger from Tupelo, Mississippi, 30-year-old Quencha Sykes.
A third passenger, 33-year-old Kyle Anthony Easley of Shannon, Mississippi, was arrested and taken to the Prairie County Detention Center.
Troopers said they recovered a handgun that was discarded by one of the suspects and 58 pounds of illegal marijuana that was found inside the vehicle.
State and local authorities are also assisting in the search.
