Local outlet Leicester Live reported that police were still at the scene of the incidnet in Warwickshire on Sunday, Nov. 16.

A nearby resident told the outlet, “I’m really shocked. I did see some police cars, but I didn’t really understand what it was about.”

Another described the situation as “not good,” adding, “This is a quiet place and you don’t normally see a lot of police around.”
