Pay: $16 – $19.20 an hour

Essential Duties Include: Data entry: referrals and participants’ information into the case management database system and the Re-entry drive. Enter notes daily when applicable, as well as participant logs. Proofread and verify confidential documentation and provide secure storage of confidential files. Assist in the training process of new participants and ongoing training to existing participants on or off-site locations. Coordinate day-to-day departmental communication, scheduling and review of internal documents. Provide updates to the Re-entry Manager on a consistent basis regarding the Re-entry Program. Perform duties of a Job Readiness Specialist: Conduct Classes Onsite and Off-Site (incarcerated population). Training/certifications pertaining to job placement. More as assigned.

A minimum of three years of related experience, one of which includes training skills; an Associate’s Degree in a related field of study (rehabilitation, business, marketing, or a related human services field. A Bachelor Degree is highly desired.
