Pay: $15-18 an hour. May need to work weekends as needed

Duties:

Meet store production requirements and standards on a daily basis. Utilize Kaizen to create a steady production flow of donations to the sales floor and to keep production/ dock areas clear of donation build up. Promote a safe working/shopping environment by following and holding employees accountable for all safety policy and procedures. Serve on the safety committee. Enforce security and loss prevention procedures

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual skills a plus.
