Islamic State affiliate claims killing nearly 100 in eastern Congo attack, SITE reports

DAKAR (Reuters) -Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) has claimed responsibility for an attack in eastern Congo that killed nearly 100 people, the SITE Intelligence Group said on Tuesday.
