KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 63-year-old man who was last seen on Monday.
Robert Orozco was last seen leaving University Health in Kansas City, Missouri, on the morning of Monday, Sept. 15.

He was wearing a gray T-shirt, purple shorts and black and red tennis shoes. Orozco is a Hispanic man with black and gray hair and hazel eyes. He also has one glass eye.
His family is concerned for his safety and wellbeing.
