WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce is reorganizing and expanding its team to better serve its members, strengthen community connections and support workforce initiatives in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
According to a release from the organization, the new staffing updates better reflect the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce’s continuing commitment to business growth and improving the economic vitality of the area.
Staci Kivi, the president and CEO of the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, said the changes within the team help the organization better meet the needs of both its members and the community.
“With this talented team in place, we are excited to continue connecting members, building community and driving growth in the Heart of Wisconsin region,” Kivi said.

Victoria Slusser is now the office manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and will be the person members and visitors meet first at the organization.
Abby Underwood, marketing manager for the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce.
Abby Underwood is now the marketing manager, sharing the organization’s story, highlighting member businesses and showcasing the value of memberships with the organization. Underwood will also amplify the organization’s reach throughout the region.

Promise Bakken, workforce and member relations director for the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce.
Promise Bakken, the former marketing and communications director, is now the workforce and member relations director, building and developing deeper relationships with chamber members and focusing on workforce development efforts in the area. Bakken will help connect employers, job seekers and community partners in her new role.
