A paint firm, Meyer Plc, has organised a forum for painters in Lagos, bringing together participants from across the South-West for an interactive session with the company’s management.
The event, held in Ikeja, had painters from Ibadan, Abeokuta, Badagry and Lekki in attendance.
The Managing Director of the company, Henshaw Nwaorgu, said the forum was aimed at strengthening collaboration with painters and addressing issues related to product use and application.
The National Sales Manager of the firm, Curtis Adekunle, and the Divisional Head of Sales, Akinwunmi Balogun, led discussions on product performance, safety standards and modern application techniques.
Adekunle said the company would host an end-of-year gathering to further strengthen its relationship with painters.
The event featured a question-and-answer session and raffle draws, during which participants received protective gear and work tools.
One of the attendees, identified simply as Mr Ola, who won a spray-painting machine, commended the initiative, describing it as an avenue for better engagement between painters and the company.
