The PARC Group, the developer behind Nocatee and eTown, has announced its latest project.
EverRange will be a 1,000-acre master-planned community set to welcome its first homeowners in 2026.
Located off Philips Highway and between Nocatee and eTown, EverRange will feature about 1,500 homes in its initial phase, with half the land preserved for green spaces, trails and native Florida landscaping.
“EverRange envisions a lifestyle that balances contemporary convenience with Old Florida charm,” said Chris Pilinko, president of The PARC Group. “We are creating a community that celebrates nature, fosters connection, and embraces everyday living at its best.”
Connection and sustainability
The community’s first neighborhoods will open in 2026 across six distinct residential enclaves. At its core will be The Station, a walkable town center, and The Grove, a central amenity hub featuring a family pool, pickleball courts, playgrounds, dog parks, a fishing pond and EV-friendly paths.
“The Grove will be a welcoming retreat — a central place for neighbors to relax, play and recharge,” Pilinko said.

EverRange’s location offers quick access to major roadways and future connectivity to The Exchange, eTown’s town center.
Homes will be built by local and national builders, with more details on builder partners and model home openings expected soon.
