The FBI arrested a New Mexico teenager accused of posting multiple racist and violent social media threats to commit “mass murder” following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
Jace Allen, 19, was arrested on a federal charge of making online threats to kill “libs,” Blacks and Jews and an Ohio city council member by stating, “You’re gonna be one of the first to die. I’ll be seeing you soon,” stated a criminal complaint filed by an FBI agent.

Some of the threats listed in the criminal complaint make a direct reference to Kirk’s death. “I will harm anyone who has something bad to say about Charlie,” one post stated.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Mexico and the FBI office in Albuquerque announced the arrest of Allen on a charge of transmitting communications containing a threat to injure another person. He could face up to five years in prison, if convicted.
‘Civil war’ threats originated in New Mexico
FBI agents arrested Allen after tracing the threats to his cellphone and interviewing Allen on the evening of Sept. 11 at his home in Jamestown, a small rural community about 20 miles east of Gallup, the complaint stated.
When questioned by the FBI, Allen allegedly admitted to making the threats and said that he identifies as a Neo Nazi who hates Jews and minorities and “believes a civil war is inevitable in the United States and wants to help spark the civil war by terrorizing people online,” the affidavit stated.
The investigation by agents from the FBI offices in Gallup and Toledo, Ohio, began with a tip received on a threat tracking system, the affidavit stated.
Allen allegedly posted multiple threats, using the alias “Jebron Lames,” on the X platform, which were traced to his cellphone in Jamestown, New Mexico, the complaint stated.

When the FBI interviewed Allen after locating him at his home, Allen told agents that he does not own any firearms, though agents found two videos on his cellphone of him shooting a rifle and a handgun at an unknown location on Aug.14.
Allen “does not own any guns, but wanted to buy a rifle with a scope — the same make, model, and style that was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk,” the affidavit stated.
