(WHTM) — As the fall chill settles over Penn’s Woods, this week could bring peak fall foliage in Pennsylvania.
Chilly nights, cool mornings and recent rains have all boosted the vibrancy of leaves. The latest fall foliage report from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shows nearly the entire state either approaching peak color or experiencing it right now.

Last week, abc27 News’ Chief Meteorologist Eric Finkenbinder said fall foliage will be quick to peak and quick to drop this year. This means there likely won’t be much color come Halloween.
