MADRID (Reuters) -A Spanish military jet with Defence Minister Margarita Robles onboard suffered a GPS “disturbance” on Wednesday morning while flying over the Russian Kaliningrad enclave, en route to Lithuania, the ministry said, confirming an earlier report from news agency Europa Press.
