The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Success, has called out popular TikTok influencer Peller for choosing luxury purchases over education after acquiring a multimillion-naira mansion.
In a Wednesday Instagram post, Ossai expressed concern over Peller’s priorities, highlighting the importance of investing in education at a young age.
The remarks come just days after news broke that the TikToker had acquired a N350 million house in Lagos, sparking conversations online about the balance between fame, wealth, and education.
Sharing his disappointment alongside images of Peller’s new property, Ossai criticised the influencer’s management, stating, “Peller buying a house and a car at his age when he should be focused on school is disheartening. Those guiding him have let him down.”
He urged Peller’s team to redirect the influencer’s earnings toward his education to ensure long-term success.
The criticism is coming at a time when youths are prioritising cutting corners to achieve success in no distant time.
“The boy is too young to forget about education. Please, take Peller back to school and invest his money. I am really disappointed,” he added.
Recall recently  Peller publicly apologised to his fans, admitting that his online antics sometimes get misunderstood and promising to be on his best behaviour going forward.
