UNHCR in Libya says 13 people survived after vessel carrying 74 people capsized off Tobruk

TRIPOLI (Reuters) -The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Libya said on Wednesday that only 13 people survived after a vessel carrying 74 people, mostly Sudanese refugees, capsized off the coast of the eastern Libyan town of Tobruk.

Dozens remain missing, it said in a post on X.
