Forbes recently released its list of best employers by state for 2025, and dozens of Oklahoma companies made the list.
The finance publication, in conjunction with market research firm Statista, surveyed more than 160,000 employees from companies across the U.S. on things like wage parity, work culture and advancement opportunities. Their responses were then tallied and incorporated into a scoring system with survey data from the past three years.
Ultimately, 1,417 companies made the cut, with 35 listed as the best employers in Oklahoma. However, only 20 of those are headquartered in the Sooner State.
